Return Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return new or gently used products for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. All sales are final after the 30 day window.
Damaged Items: In the case of damaged products within the 1 year warranty period, if products are damaged, either because of faulty manufacturing or user error, send an email to support@tailcinch.com detailing the issue and provide photographs of the damaged products and the TailCinch team will send out replacements.
